I was extremely nervous, but she was so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I sat in the chair. She took the time to talk me through everything, confirmed what I wanted, and never once made me feel pressured to go shorter than I was comfortable with. She truly listened, which made such a big difference for someone having their first haircut. The whole experience felt so friendly, calm, and reassuring. And the head massage… wow 😍 absolutely amazing — it was so relaxing and just made the whole experience even more special. Christy made something that felt scary turn into something really positive and memorable. I walked out feeling confident, happy, and so glad I chose Just Cuts. Went in with my dad on Monday afternoon on the 9-2-2026. And a lovely lady did my hair, I had my hair cut short and curtain bangs and it was great experience. Except there not even. But overall very happy!!

I would like to thank Anh for an amazing hair service - shampoo, cut & blowdry. Not only was the short styled bob cut beautifully for my thick hair, Anh explained that to get the best cut she would need to blow dry & then layer. She selected a cooling shamp/cond when I mentioned that I was hot, uncomfortable & had a bad day, including a lovely head massage. A very professional service and I don't mind at all paying a bit extra for this type of quality. Thank you!
